Group 8 have carried out almost 10 years research into teacher pupil engagement and what makes an outstanding teacher outstanding. They have developed a set of tools which will transform the way teachers engage with children and each other. 

What is the Success Zone Classroom™?
The Success Zone Classroom™ is an approach to learning which incorporates recent research into how our brains handle change and how that fosters the best conditions for stimulating learning and change in both adults and children. The training is aimed at tackling issues such as: 

    Behaviour management
    Pupil engagement
    How to deal with pressured situations
    What makes an outstanding teacher outstanding
    Performance management and performance coaching
